Brushstrokes began with Stan Sykes (artist) wanting to feel the expression of free form painting. Brushstrokes is a vibrant and exciting work and will enhance any home or office, and most certainly create conversation.

The floating frame has also been designed and personally handcrafted by Stan Sykes and made from selective Australian hardwood, Bluegum, from the forests inland of Coffs Harbour NSW Australia. The artwork inclusive of the handcrafted frame will make this work look even more stunning in your home, office or personal gallery.

Each frame includes felt pads on the back to protect your wall and allow for uniform hanging gap from wall to frame.

ARTIST BIO Stan Sykes is retired and lives in the resort City of Coffs Harbour New South Wales, Australia with his wife Dorothy and little Toy Poodle Trixie. Parents of a son and daughter and have four beautiful grandchildren. Stan is an enthusiast and spends time in his workshop creating culinary items, puzzles and chess sets made from local Australian hardwoods.
