Buyers Terms & Conditions

These are the terms and conditions governing the sale of artworks at the The Moonee Valley Art Show 2024.

1. Definitions:

1. The Organiser of the The Moonee Valley Art Show 2024 and Exhibition is The Moonee Valley Art Show.
2. The Seller is the Artist whose artwork is entered in the Art Show.
3. The Buyer is the person who selects and pays for any artwork entered in the Art Show.
4. The Location of the Moonee Valley Art Show is at the Ukranian Community Centre Hall
   3-11 Russell Street, Essendon VIC 3040. The Art Show also has an online selling presence at https://mooneevalleyartshow.com.au/virtual-art-show/
5. The Physical Exhibition is those items physically located at the Ukranian Community Centre Hall
   3-11 Russell Street, Essendon VIC 3040.
6. The Virtual Exhibition is those items displayed at https://mooneevalleyartshow.com.au/virtual-art-show/

2. Payment for Artworks:

1. Payment for artworks can be made online using Mastercard or Visa.
2. Part Payments are not acceptable.

3.Sales Period:

1. The Physical Exhibition runs from 7:00 PM Friday 11th of October 2024 until 4:00PM Sunday 13th of October 2024.
2. The Virtual Exhibition runs from 10:00AM Saturday 12th of October 2024 until 11:59PM Sunday 20th of October 2024.

4. Sales Documentation:

1. Buyers will be emailed an invoice listing any artworks purchased and their prices(s).

5. Collection of Artworks sold from the Physical Exhibition:

1. The Buyer must arrange collection of artworks purchased from the Physical Exhibition on either: Sunday 13th of October 2024 between 4:30pm to 6:30pm, or Monday 14th of October 2024 between 10am to 1pm.
2. No storage facilities are available after this time.
3. Uncollected works of art may be sold at the Organiser’s discretion.
4. If the Buyer authorises an agent to collect their purchase(s) this authority must be in writing addressed to Moonee Valley Art Show, signed by the Buyer and contain the specimen signature of the agent.

6. Delivery of Artworks sold from the Virtual Exhibition:

1. It is the responsibility of Artists to arrange the collection by the buyer or prompt delivery to the buyer of artworks sold from the Virtual Exhibition.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

1. Buyers may not cancel a purchase once it has been sold and paid for.
2. Refunds will not be considered on artworks sold from the Physical Exhibition.
